Physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By clearing these energy centers, you can remove blockages that may be preventing you from feeling your best. During Session: 10 minute consultation addressing what areas has the most blockages and needs to be focused on. We began a 30 - minute session of targeting each chakra point and clearing down each one as effective as needed.. We end with a small discussion on how you feel, if the issue was address and any extra advice if needed.
